About Sarah Fisk

Sarah is an organization development consultant, with a PhD in psychology and 28 years experience, focused on collaborative strategies, strategic thinking, multiple stakeholder decision-making, culture design, systemic change, and leadership development. She supports groups and leaders online and in person. Founder of and principle consultant at Leading Collaboration, and affiliated with Community at Work in San Francisco as Senior Associate. She is a co-author of Facilitator\'s Guide to Participatory Decision-Making by Sam Kaner, et al, now in its 3rd edition (working on the 4th!). Leads workshops in group facilitation and multi-stakeholder collaboration, and consults to participatory groups and leadership.
