Lead regional efforts to offer the LINKAGE intervention, an evidence-based practice designed to support members engaging substance use treatment in developing the knowledge, skill, and confidence to effectively care for and advocate for their overall health needs. Develop virtual LINKAGE program and collaborate with regional and clinic leaders to identify pathways for engaging members virtually across Northern California. Identify and monitor program outcomes, and partner with research leaders to measure program outcomes over time. Collaborate with national and regional leaders in equity, inclusivity, and diversity to create and facilitate culturally-relevant LINKAGE groups. Provide training and support to the LINKAGE community of practice to enhance program sustainability.
