Monitors and facilitated P&L and financial expenses by collaborating with the VP of Business Development and Revenue and the Director of Financial Analysis to mitigate loss, review operating costs and maintenance allowances. Assesses ways to leverage internal resources to grow retention efforts, reduce expenses, pipeline expectations and ensure organizational wellness. • Successfully supported Team Coco through the large-scale M&A with SiriusXM after closing a $125+ million contract to expand Conan’s live podcast productions. • Chosen as a member of the SiriusXM executives in making critical decision making related to podcast network, finance, product, programming, marketing, and legal objectives during SLA construction periods and post-acquisition. • Executive in charge of podcast studio operations, including production blueprints, talent acquisition, and budget distributions. • Executive in charge of live podcast production including schedules, budgeting, and negotiations for venues such as The Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles, and the Beacon Theatre in New York.
