Sarah graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 2002 with a degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations. Sarah started in the insurance industry in 2003 working for a retail agency in San Marcos, TX and then went on to work with Philadelphia Insurance Companies in 2004 for 6 1/2 years. Her experience with both a retail agency and a carrier has given helped her as she has started her carrier as a broker with US Risk in March of 2011 as she has a unique understanding of each side of the business. Sarah worked at US Risk, Inc. for 5 years and specialized in oil and gas and energy related as well as construction, manufacturers, and many other types of insurance.
