My journey began as a laboratory technician working with industrial adhesives, engineered wood products, and providing excellent customer service. This lead to a growing fascination with product development and how this effects the overall consumer experience.I transitioned to retail in the ever growing industry of cannabis. I started on the sales floor, giving me a ground-up understanding of the importance of customer service and team motivation. This insight has been crucial in my ability to lead by example and drive performance from the front line. I led a team of 20+ in a retail location generating $1 million a month in revenue. I have continued to prove effective leadership, team building, and exceeding KPI goals. From General Manager, I moved into a Retail Operations as the District Manager for 10 retail locations in Michigan and New Jersey generating upwards of $4 million a month in revenue while increasing customer retention and decreasing payroll percentage by 2-4% per location.
