JM Workforce Services was established in 2022 by esteemed Residential Child Care Leaders, James and Pat. JM Workforce Services stands as a testament to their extensive expertise and qualifications. With a combined experience of over two decades, the pair have led top-notch and thriving Children\'s services. Widely aware of the challenges associated with engaging agency staff to support Young People in their homes, they inspired to create JM Workforce Services.Driven by a commitment to genuine child-focused support, JM Workforce Services aspires to earn the reputation of being the most reliable and trusted Child Care agency in the UK.
