I practice complex commercial litigation, with a focus on securities and financial products litigation. My experience covers all stages of litigation, including trial. I also conduct internal investigations on behalf of companies and represent individuals and entities in connection with regulatory investigations and enforcement matters primarily before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). I maintain an active pro bono practice. I have represented clients in immigration, housing, and family court proceedings. In both 2015 and 2017, I received a Pro Bono Publico Award from The Legal Aid Society.
