About Sarah Duran

As a former in-house attorney, I understand how legal and business teams work together and I provide practical solutions to help my clients meet their business goals. I have extensive experience in media and entertainment, commercial, technology and artificial intelligence transactions; product counseling; procurement and supply chain; privacy and security; and other complex legal and business issues. I help companies of all sizes—from multinational corporations, to midsize companies to start-ups—negotiate a range of business agreements. Types of deals that my clients count on me for include content and software licenses, SaaS solutions, hardware purchases, supply chain and distribution agreements, among others. Outside of my exciting practice, I’m a proud member of DWT’s Attorneys of Color, Asian Pacific American, Women and First Generation Professionals Affinity Groups. I’m also member of Filipino Lawyers of Washington (FLOW), Washington Lawyers for the Arts and King County Bar Association. I\'m also on the Board of Directors for KNKX public radio station.
