Managing and delivering the Council’s capital projects program, including larger planned maintenance projects, for projects up to 50M. Currently delivering projects up to a value of £43M, managing several projects at any given time. Responsible for managing the whole project lifecycle - from viability, through the delivery stage to close out, including lessons learned to further develop processes and support future projects.Project delivery and execution in accordance with corporate procedures and client instructions, ensuring the provision of robust technical solutions as part of programmes.Internal reporting and budgeting.Procurement of works in accordance with corporate procurement procedures.Either taking the role of Contract Administrator/Employers Agent across the JCT contract suite, or managing external professional teams to undertake the role, according to project size and risk.Managing internal and external customers and stakeholders.Dealing with customer queries (internal and external) and following through to resolution.Providing support to other service teams when required. Working with our procurement team to implement 2 frame works for Services and Works.Mentoring and helping to develop other team members.
