ABOUT SARAH DUFF

I’m a senior commercial leader with experience operating at organisational level across healthcare, supply chain and MedTech. I’m known for challenging the status quo and driving meaningful change in complex, regulated environments.My career spans both sides of the healthcare commercial landscape — from global MedTech and industry-led tendering, to NHS Supply Chain and public sector commissioning. This perspective allows me to understand how commercial decisions are shaped, assessed and delivered in practice, and where system-level frictions limit performance.I’ve led commercial strategy, category leadership and change initiatives, working closely with clinical, operational and executive teams. I’m particularly interested in system-level change — how strategy, commercial models and delivery interact across organisational boundaries to improve outcomes.I place strong emphasis on effective supplier management and collaborative relationships, creating the conditions for suppliers to perform at their best. I’m also focused on raising the standard of tender submissions, supporting clear, compliant, right-first-time bids that improve efficiency and decision-making across the system.I am soon to hold an MBA focused on business strategy, innovation and digital transformation, and I’m increasingly drawn to work that brings together strategy, change and delivery across organisational boundaries.
