I’ve recently stepped into a new role as a Senior HRIS Systems Analyst, building on 9 years of experience in Human Resources and a growing passion for HR technology. My goal is to make HR systems like Workday more efficient, intuitive, and people-focused—because I believe great technology should enhance the employee experience.Before this transition, I worked in HR Generalist and Coordinator roles where I supported the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. Along the way, I saw firsthand how powerful the right HRIS can be in driving smarter decisions, improving data accuracy, and simplifying everyday processes.Now, I’m excited to bring that frontline HR perspective into a systems-focused role, where I can help optimize Workday and ensure the tools we use truly meet the needs of employees, managers, and HR teams.With a PHR certification, a background in education, and a people-first mindset, I’m looking forward to growing in this new chapter and contributing to a workplace where both people and systems thrive.
