As of February 2025, I was promoted to Talent Acquisition Supervisor, while continuing to serve as a Human Resources Business Partner at Reid Petroleum Corporation. This new responsibility completes the full circle of my professional development, which began in 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In my current role, I lead our team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring that all aspects of recruitment, hiring, staffing, and related functions provide exceptional service for our Crosby\'s retail locations. This new role brings opportunities for further development, along with ongoing growth and training for our Talent Acquisition Specialist team.In December 2023, I was promoted to Human Resources Business Partner at Reid Petroleum Corporation. Since joining Reid Petroleum in August 2022, I have been dedicated to advancing my career in Human Resources. In this role, I collaborate closely with the leadership teams of both Crosby\'s and Reid Petroleum, supporting various initiatives related to employee relations, investigations, leave of absence management, terminations, and other projects that benefit multiple areas of the organization.Upon joining Reid Petroleum in August 2022, I started as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. My responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and conducting New Hire Orientation for both Crosby\'s operations and Reid Petroleum. I also served as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the application process, managing these tasks on a daily basis.Prior to Reid Petroleum, I worked at Centene Corporation/Fidelis Care as a Human Resources Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist II. In this capacity, I supported several departments, including Claims, Contract Management, Provider Relations, Credentialing, Program Associates, and Referral Specialists. I initially joined Fidelis in August 2018 as a contracted Human Resources Assistant to the CHRO. After two months, I was offered a full-time role as Talent Acquisition Specialist II.Before my time at Centene Corporation/Fidelis Care, I worked at M&T Bank as a Human Resources Administrator I, where I supported Talent Acquisition efforts. I was promoted from an in-branch banker position in the summer of 2017, a role I held from June 2016 until my transition to the Corporate office in July 2017.I earned my Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management and Human Resources, with a concentration in Finance, from Niagara University in 2015.
