This brand-new vertical of Malt allows access to a diverse pool of over verified management consultants and interim executives across various sectors and specialties:> Former consultants from top consulting firms (in strategy, transformation, and organization)> Expert profiles or interim managers (sectoral or functional expertise)- Understanding Client NeedsExpertise in identifying the most suitable resources for diverse transformation missions, such as finance (CFO), audit, due diligence, program management (PMO), and interim management across Europe and internationally. Key Account SupportWorking closely with sales teams to guide large accounts (Telecoms, Media, Public Sector, and Professional Services) towards independent consultants who precisely match their needs. Strategic and Contractual ContributionsParticipating in the negotiation of global agreements, responding to consulting service tenders, and managing ongoing contracts, including negotiations and quarterly business reviews (QBR). Process Optimization and Internal Tool ConvergenceEngagement in continuous improvement projects, particularly through workshops to define needs, track product updates, and train sales teams. Performance Analysis and ReportingTracking KPIs: conversion rates, revenue generated, and analyzing demand seasonality to anticipate and adjust offerings (YoY analysis).
