I approach therapy with an intersectional and anti-oppressive lens. People who seek and participate in therapy are empowering themselves, deconstructing patterns that no longer serve them, and unlearning conditioning that is harmful to the human experience. I work to support those intimate partners, individuals, and families from a systemic framework. I work with many LGBTQIA+ folks, intimate partners, adults, and other therapists. Most of my work centers around queer experiences, conflict in romantic relationships, navigating relational experiences and history,(co-)parenting, and therapy for therapists. I also provide supervision to pre-licensed and intern therapists as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
