I’m a highly motivated leader with a strong commercial and strategic approach. I have had more than 25 years’ experience in the Personal Lines Insurance industry both as a P&L owner and as a contact centre manager, where I have built and led several sites and delivered against ambitious P&L goals. I’m committed, purposeful and have a strong work ethic. I am an accomplished leader, delivering excellence, achieving high standards of customer and commercial improvements and capable of driving complex change agendas.I’m passionate about leading people and known for creating an environment where we can all do our best work.
