Independent Multi Disciplinary Therapy Services for Children and Adults across the UK.I have built Integrated Treatment Services from a single person company based in Leicestershire to a UK wide company, managing 70 staff to this date.Integrated Treatment Services is continually expanding, based on it\'s successful formula of providing excellent therapy services to local communities and first class working conditions for our therapists.I have developed an innovative use of technology to connect our therapists across the UK & overseas.Our team has a fantastic ethos, in that each therapist is enabled to use their unique clinical skills to build the caseload they desire in the geographical areas they prefer. I believe in individualised and flexible working conditions which allows each therapist to reach their full working potential.My position involves:* Seeking sales opportunities - UK and International * Liaising with Local Authorities to provide therapy services to meet the statemented needs of their pupils* Liaising with independent and statutory schools to secure therapy for students within their settings* Liaising with community care & independent care organisations to secure therapy for their service users* Liaising with individual families & carers, answering questions about our therapy services to meet the needs of their child or relation* Liaising with Case managers & Solicitors to secure therapy for those who have experienced an acquired or birth injury* Managing the team of staff through technological solutions to ensure that the team is well connected, well informed & so that they share the same service ethos of I.T.S* Providing mentoring to our Area ManagersI hold a clinical caseload to ensure that my clinical skills are continually developing to support our team in clinical excellence.Integrated Treatment Services allows me to deliver an affordable and evidence based clinical service that our clients seek out and rarely find.
