About Sarah Daniels

Sarah earned her Business Law Certificate through Cornell Law School. In addition, Sarah has earned a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate and Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins University. She finished in the top 20% of all masters candidates at JHU. After growing up in The Woodlands, TX, Sarah attended the University of Tampa with the goal of exposing herself to a new city and culturally diverse student body. At UT, she earned her BS in Entrepreneurship (including a finance driven capstone project) and a minor in Marketing. Sarah played on the NCAA Division II Women\'s Golf team during her time at UT. As a result of her strong academic performance, campus involvement, and leadership within the College of Business, she was recognized as one of two Outstanding Graduates in Entrepreneurship by the John Sykes College of Business. The John Sykes College of Business is AACSB Accredited, which represents the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide. Less than 5% of the more than schools worldwide granting business degrees have earned AACSB Accreditation. When not in the classroom, Sarah served as Student Body President, where she both represented and served as a leader to approximately 8,037 undergraduate students and managed 40 different officers across three different branches. Her primary responsibility included overseeing and allocating a $1.3 million dollar budget that was utilized to positively impact campus organizations and unique initiatives. These funds were allocated with the goal of enhancing various aspects of campus as well as the collective UT student body. Using her creative mindset, attention to detail, knowledge in contracting and construction, outgoing personality and passion for helping others, she hopes to excel in the construction and eventually development industry throughout her career. Long-term, Sarah plans on using her acquired skill-sets and work experiences to start a development company of her own, Daniels Development, where residents are able to balance their professional careers, health, and most importantly, their families.
