I manage recruitment marketing initiatives, including campaign curation and execution for a region of 19 hospitals. This includes developing marketing and advertising strategies using various media outlets and content marketing to build awareness for Encompass Health and attract candidates to our clinical and non-clinical roles. I collaborate with our media partner and creative and marketing services teams to ensure the recruitment marketing initiatives are running properly and effectively. I support the companywide employee referral program, as the Corporate Employee Referral Program Coordinator, by creating promotional campaigns and regulating referral payouts. Additionally, I manage the quarterly recruitment marketing newsletter.
