After 10 years in the industry, having had a variety of roles within a HR department, ultimately managing the HR function for 6 different countries, I took the plunge and set up my own HR Consultancy business. I now deliver a range of HR services to clients within the Finance, Professional services, Haulage and construction industry. I have also worked in the charity sector and the NHS. Specialist areas include- Ability to act as a conduit between the Board, HR and the workforce.
