As the EPOS Manager I am responsible for all in-system data inputting and cleansing, making sure all sales are assigned to the correct departments and buyers.I provide support for all departments using Tableau to provide efficient and accurate reporting for sales forecasting and purchasing.Handling the migration of data and the installation of a new EPOS system to ensure no loss of data between the existing and new system and training of a staff of almost 200 in using the head office administration program.Took control of redesigning all touchpads across retail and hospitality to maximise efficiency at the tills and any upselling opportunities, as well as implementing a new ordering system and app for hospitality to provide a better customer experience.Initiating any bespoke changes required with our systems provider & taking an active role in testing any updates.
