ABOUT SARAH CRANE

I am an experienced Prince2 Practitioner Certification Project Manager adept at working with Agile Methodologies.Over the last 18 years, I have delivered a wide variety of IT and Business Change projects and programmes. This work has been undertaken for clients in diverse industries including, but not limited to, Information Technology, Financial Services, Management Consultancy,Construction, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Retail Management, Event Management, Local Government and Education.I have regularly managed projects and programmes with full responsibility of budget reaching through the full life cycle. I am conversant with the identification and management of risk and have a strong focus on benefit realisation. Expertise in the ability to propose and manage effective change and variations, where required, to ensure maximum benefits are delivered. Strong business analytical and technical skills, combined with an effective communication style, have contributed to a varied and developing career to date. I am equally comfortable with liaising directly with customers and reporting to board level.
