Co-owner and operator of a husband and wife team that loves to make food together. The one thing we can always agree on is pizza. We knew early on that we did not want to be limited to a brick and mortar store front. So we set our sights on a mobile operation to take us and our pizzas to anywhere we wanted to throw some dough.We specialize in Neapolitan Artisan Style Pizza. Our Dough is made from scratch and our Sauce is made fresh before every event with San Marzano Tomatoes for that authentic taste. All Ingredients are sourced locally or picked fresh from local area farms. Our oven is an authentic Forno Valoriani Wood Fired Pizza Oven made by Mugnaini. We found our little oven used, just the way we like it, aged and cured and with a story to tell. We want to bring our love for food for your next event. Whether it is a back-yard party, a corporate event, or your wedding, we will come prepared to serve a crowd.We are based out of Stockton, CA and service the Greater Central Valley & Foothill Area. We Love to Cater Private Parties, Corporate Events, Host Wineries/Breweries and any sort of event where pizza can be served!
