Hi, I am Sarah, my journey began with a Bachelor\'s degree in Education and a passion for helping others grow. In a competitive job market, I took a part-time role at Starbucks, which ultimately led to a district trainer position. It was there I learned the value of creative problem-solving, training, and operational improvement, laying the foundation for my leadership career. After Starbucks, I was recruited by Target, where I’ve spent over a decade refining my leadership and strategy skills. My journey at Target has been defined by constant evolution and large-scale change. I began as an Executive Team Leader in logistics and quickly transitioned to leading operations for some of the district’s most challenging stores. From a low-volume store in McCandless to a high-volume, underperforming store in Ross Township, I’ve been trusted with transforming \"red\" stores into high-performing operations, increasing revenue and driving efficiency across the board. I am a problem solver and innovator. Whether navigating the challenges of a new operating model or transforming logistics operations across an entire district, I bring strategic thinking, creativity, and a passion for finding solutions to every challenge. My work ethic is driven by a commitment to achieving top results, and I thrive in environments that require change management and collaboration. I’m also committed to mentoring and developing talent, having trained over 20 store directors and executive team leaders, many of whom have advanced to higher leadership roles across Target. This focus on talent development has positively impacted hundreds of individuals throughout my career. Above all, I take great pride in the teams I’ve led—among the most dedicated and high-performing groups I’ve worked with. As a leader, I prioritize creating an environment where people feel supported, inspired, and empowered to succeed. When teams succeed, the entire organization thrives. As I continue my journey, I’m pursuing a Master’s in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Strategic Change and Human Capital, complementing my work and enabling me to bring even more value to the organizations I lead.
