Work directly with Project Managers to help implement project goals• Attend Operations meetings• Assist with budget estimates for entire projects and/or change orders on existing projects• Develop scope of work and review with PM• Assist with and attend project take-off meetings• Assist the PM with cost reporting, coordinate meetings and provide notes for the team• Liaise with project lead, vendors, GC’s, and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy• Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals• Review project implementation and gather data on project execution• Work with Project Managers to enter change orders and submittals• Review submittals, coordinate with specs and alert PM to discrepancies• Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution• Generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details• Work with vendors to ensure warranty is issued in a timely manner
