I am a Partner at Weightmans LLP in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team with over 20 years experience supporting clients resolving their disputes. I joined Weightmans in 2006 having trained and qualified at Eversheds LLP in their Manchester office. I advise clients on a variety claims including breach of contract, company claims including shareholder disputes, franchise disputes, breach of restrictive covenants advising both employer and employee and general reputation management issues. I also work closely with our intellectual property experts to advise on copyright and trade mark infringement.I work with clients to understand their objectives and to resolve disputes in a cost effective and efficient way using alternative methods of dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration where appropriate.I am recognised in Legal 500 as a Leading Individual and as a stand-out lawyer in Thomson Reuters stand-out lawyers database in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
