Kleer and Membersy merged in May of 2024. In July of 2025, the combined company rebranded to Clerri- Built and scaled Clerri’s recruiting function, owning all internal hiring from requisition design through onboarding- Partner with every department to align on hiring needs and ensure top talent joins the right teams- Architect and lead company-wide culture and engagement strategy, including DE & I, employee learning, and community-building initiatives- Design and facilitate interview training to strengthen hiring excellence across all teams- Create and deliver impactful onboarding programs that accelerate new-hire success- Experience in compensation benchmarking and leveling (e.g, market data, Culpepper, Excel) to set transparent ranges and support pay equity- Performance management cycles - goal-setting, reviews, calibrations, promotions, and development planning- Assist in offboarding end-to-end - workflows, knowledge transfer, exit interviews, access removal, and alumni communication- Drive Clerri’s talent brand presence through LinkedIn, careers site, tech partnerships, and industry networking- Lead planning and execution of large-scale company events (annual Company Connect and multi-office offsites) that foster connection and alignment- Oversee office operations and resource management for Clerri’s Pennsylvania office location
