Working within Growth Life, I look after the Subscription team. We are a core platform domain service that provides the source of truth for the state of all products and subscriptions that our customer base owns. We manage high traffic APIs and data streams that service our front end apps as well many other platform clients including subscriber analytics.Through four key areas of our domain; Program Management, Project Management, Roadmap Process and Launch & Events. We knit together these pieces discussing requirements, tracking deliverables and reporting progress to our stakeholders across the organisation. From start to finish, onboarding new features with Product, serving our engineers to maintain and build upon our applications and services and communicating dates, blockers and wins to our stakeholders. We work together ensuring our communication, organisation and understanding is hands on across the world with a goal to grow our number of subscribers.
