About Sarah Cirillo

I am a Regulatory professional with experience in project management and submissions. I currently work in Regulatory Operations at Viridian Therapeutics. I worked at PhaseBio pharmaceuticals in Regulatory Affairs. Previously, I worked at Shire as a project manager in CMC Regulatory Submissions. Prior to Shire, I worked as Senior Submission Specialist focusing on IND, NDA, and MAA Regulatory Submissions. I also worked in the TMF area focusing on inspection ready activities. I worked 10+ years in Information Management positions of increasing responsibility in both Safety and Regulatory Operations as a Pfizer employee and contractor. During this time I’ve gained a high level of experience in Product Development, Information Management, and developed strong technical expertise in various systems used to support regulatory and safety operations. Also, at Pfizer I worked in Submission Tables and Workflow group and completed safety evaluation reporting data requests using Business Objects. I integrated the Global Document Management System Bulk Import Tool to STW process to improve table import and then collaborated with STW colleagues to incorporate this into a Tables Request. I transferred the STW Insight area to SharePoint in an effort to consolidate and organize documentation. I also participated in defining business requirements, writing User Acceptance Testing, and developing Job Aids for the Drug Safety Update Report portion of Clinical Study Information Tracking Tool for Aggregate Reports. Prior to my role in STW, I served as department SME in order to develop the new product for the company’s Global Document Management System (GDMS), providing cross-functional training to users across several departments and the point of contact for follow-up questions. I was also a member of the GDMS Change Control Board and partnered with Business Technology on process improvement activities within the company’s Document
