When we started StaffEase my goal was to bring relationships back to staffing and recruiting. I wanted to stop the “fill and bill” attitude in the industry and wanted to treat people and clients as individuals- not as profit. People ask me all the time “What makes StaffEase different than other agencies?” I always revert back to the same answer: Our Values: Honesty, People 1st, Gratitude, Purpose and Above and Beyond. These are not something we put on the website and forget about - we live them daily at StaffEase.
