With 14 years of experience in the across Staffing and Executive Search, I am passionate about connecting talented professionals with exciting opportunities and delivering exceptional results for my clients and candidates. I am the owner and founder of St. John Executive Search, a boutique firm that specializes in leadership-level placements in various sectors and markets. I am also a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter, and I leverage my extensive regional network to source and attract top talent for my clients.In 2024, we placed Director and VP level candidates in roles across Finance, Operations, and Marketing. These placements were in franchise or multi-unit businesses across QSR, healthcare, construction, and marina industries in the Southeast. Prior to launching my own firm, I was the Director of Business Development at Brooksource, where I led and grew a team of dynamic and driven professionals in the Birmingham and Huntsville area. I was responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and overseeing the delivery and quality of our search services. I also contributed to the overall growth and success of Brooksource Atlanta, where I started my career as a Business Development Manager.
