I place a high premium on innovation and I\'m always looking for new ways to solve problems. I have extensive experience in change management, and, while I\'m an expert in steel seat structures and PLM, I can adapt easily from one product line to another in a variety of manufacturing settings. I have led large groups cross-functionally and managed engineers, technicians, and IT professionals in large production and workshop settings. I have extensive experience in Automotive Engineering, as well as the design of stamped and welded components. I also have excellent systems engineering skills, able to create and optimize business process workflows for maximum efficiency and security. I am assertive and decisive, sensitive to needs of the organization and able to make tough calls when the occasion calls for it. I prioritize efficiency, thoroughness, and technical excellence. My presence brings life to team and drives cross-functional engagement.One of the most fun parts of my last job was as Engineering Intern & Co-op \"Wrangler.\" When I first took on the role, there was no formal process for interviewing or placing students in the Seating Engineering group. I changed that, instituting a formal process by which the students were interviewed, placed, and ultimately would present their projects to global engineering leadership in a large briefing. It turned out to be one of the more fun events in the Engineering community and people genuinely enjoyed and looked forward to it.
