ABOUT SARAH CALDWELL
I have a lot of experience working in the TV industry, accepting many different roles since 2004. I decided to take redundancy after 10 years at the BBC, to find a new challenge. Since June 2021, I have been working remotely from home as a PC and more recently a JPM. Working from home has been a complete game changer as it has meant I can still enjoy the job I love, without the commute, while still being around for my young children. This allows for flexible working which is a bonus for both production and my family commitments.
