About Sarah Cabou

I have always been inspired to help people when they are sick, which is what guided me toward nursing school. After working in clinical roles for several years, I started seeing all the different ways healthcare entities could function better. I decided to go back to business school so I could contribute to making the system better for the patients. With an MBA and over 10 years of leading healthcare teams and directing operational initiatives, I have been successful in providing cost savings, organizational growth, and achieving the best patient outcomes in the highest-risk patients. I am known as a “fixer” and am always looking for ways to create efficiencies and to implement process improvements. I bring a compassionate and good-natured approach, along with strategic vision and leadership acumen, to best serve the patient population and build top-performing teams. Outside of work, you can find me traveling to different volcanic islands, hanging out with my kids, shopping for mid-century vintage furniture, or cooking homemade pasta.
