In August 2010 I became an \'accidental admin\' when I was asked to help implement Salesforce to a small team as part of my role at the time. Since then I have made it my career and have successfully delivered many Salesforce projects across sales, marketing and operational teams, in the U.K. and across EMEA. I specialise in business analysis - gathering requirements and translating them into Salesforce functionality balancing both flexibility and structure (big fan of flow charts) throughout. Always effectively communicating with stakeholders and never afraid to question, make recommendations and tweak processes along the way. My focus is always making the users’ role easier to perform and therefore impacting the customer’s overall experience positively. This includes replacing paper trails and excel sheets with streamlined, automated processes that connects teams together and implementing 3rd party programmes where necessary.
