I am a partner in the employment team at Birketts LLP and head up the London employment team.I have a client base which includes a wide range of non profit organisations, tech companies and private investment firms, many of which I have worked with for over 10 years. Those long term relationships are very important to me as they enable me to really get to know a client\'s business. I work closely with clients to advise on legal matters in a way which is sensitive to workplace culture and values and which allows for a human rather than process-driven approach. I advise on a wide range of workplace and HR compliance issues including all aspects of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, terminations, diversity, whistleblowing as well as partnership/LLP matters, and, everyone\'s favourite, GDPR!In addition to advising on UK issues I have a lot of experience in, and thoroughly enjoy, coordinating multi-jurisdictional projects and advice and frequently work with multinational businesses on UK employment law issues. I regularly provide practical training to clients.
