Develops and implements “best practices” and innovative workflows. Leader passionate about motivating teams and employee experience. Develops trusted working relationships with department heads and C-Suite to encourage innovative and efficient business function. Sarah is an active member in CoreNet, a Global Corporate Real Estate Networking Group, and implemented the Community Involvement Committee for the New York City Chapter. Identifying a need for community engagement along with her peers she created a program giving the network access to volunteer initiatives with: Coalition for the Homeless, Special Olympics, The Grace Institute, Streetwise Partners, Publicolor, Concrete Safaris, Toys for Tots, and Open Architecture Collaborative. Sarah had the honor of speaking on a panel at NYU highlighting the importance of community and our involvement as well. Most recently Sarah engages with Virgin Unite to assist with events and upcoming projects.
