I started out as a contractor and was asked to join the company while contracting in Nursing Extra Mural Programs, where I worked coordinating the WOCN Program. After realignment, I landed a position with Trainee and Alumni Affairs, now Office of Research Trainee Programs in the Division of Education and Training. My job responsibilities have changed over the years, where I currently coordinate the Observers, STEP Program (Short Term Observer Program), Research Trainees, Onboarding and SOX Audits. Since starting at MDA, I\'ve completed my bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science and Business, and an Executive MBA at Texas Woman’s University.
