About Sarah Boutwell
Over the past 8+ years, I’ve worked primarily in roles focused on product development and cross-functional program management. Much of my work involves coordinating across engineering, marketing, operations, and sales to move initiatives from concept through launch. I enjoy the process of taking a complex idea, building a clear plan around it, and helping teams stay aligned as projects move forward. At RAM Mounts, I’ve worked closely with OEM partners and internal teams to support the development and launch of new accessory portfolios for enterprise devices. This has included helping lead the development of more than 20 products by coordinating across multiple teams, managing timelines and priorities, and ensuring programs stay on track through development and release. A large part of my role involves navigating projects that require input from multiple stakeholders and functions. I tend to gravitate toward initiatives that need structure, organization, and clear communication to move forward successfully.
