I have applied Psychology at work for over 15 years to gain insight for organisations. I work 121, with groups and teams. I provide support, challenge & accountability for my clients to gain the insight they need to bring about change to enhance both performance & wellbeing. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and I hold a Post Grad Cert in Business & Personal coaching.I coach individuals, provide training in coaching skills, devise & facilitate group coaching sessions, run leadership & graduate development programmes.I am also a qualitative researcher, I interview individuals, facilitate groups and workshops across public and commercial sectors. I provide insights that inspire clients to make a positive impact.
