ABOUT SARAH BOISSINOT

I am a trilingual environmental engineer, who has always been passionate about environmental challenges and making this world a better one. This has been translated through a range of experiences to get to know the world, society and people better, through different types of organisations (NGOs, public and private sectors) and locations (Europe, Oceania, and Latam); experiences where I could also educate and develop people who could in term replicate or even multiply this positive impact. To be successful along this journey, I connect with others and build meaningful and trustworthy relationships, caring and supporting them along the way and always being my true self. This is something I love and that makes me flourish. While being a very disciplined and moderated person, I seek pleasure in every aspect of life including work of course, and I particularly enjoy making people shine and engaged around me, although I am also not afraid of taking and executing tough decisions when it needs to happen. I deliver on my projects and with my team with love in a collaborative and highly efficient manner. I am very proud to be part of the penguin family, working with passion every day to lead our team growth in our fight against climate change. I am recognised for my problem-solving skills, my adaptability, my process-oriented mindset and my continuous efforts to remove roadblocks in order to improve the way we work and deliver.
