The work of the Employee Engagement Office reflects the St. Jude Values. We design experiences with purpose and creativity, always keeping our mission at the center, working collaboratively, and treating every employee with respect. By taking ownership, using resources wisely, and embracing new challenges, we strive to build meaningful connections that help St. Jude employees succeed and feel a deeper sense of belonging at St. Jude.In my current role as Program Coordinator in the Employee Engagement Office at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, I design experiences that help employees connect with one another, our mission, and the Memphis community. I lead initiatives such as the St. Jude Run Club (now more than 400 participants strong), Neighborhood Meetups, volunteer engagement with Memphis nonprofits, and large-scale outings like St. Jude Night at the Redbirds and our Cardinals overnight trip to St. Louis. These programs are designed to build community, foster belonging, and support employee well-being.
