ABOUT SARAH BIBI
Sarah’s professional and academic interests are rooted in education equity, teacher wellbeing and practitioner research. Sarah is currently completing a PhD in Education looking at the impact of education leadership policy and practice on teacher wellbeing. Alongside her studies, Sarah is a trustee of Teach First. Sarah was awarded a Cumberland Lodge fellowship in 2022 for her views on social justice, a theme that underpins her professional and educational pursuits. Sarah also teaches on undergraduate and master’s programmes at the University of Manchester, supporting student learning and research. Before her academic career, Sarah was a highly-skilled English teacher who taught across a number of contexts in England and the Middle East for seven years and a paralegal. Now holding a portfolio career, Sarah is keen to continue pursuing her academic interests and values through the right opportunities.
