Provides leadership and acts as project manager of the annual Community Support Campaign, working with eight individual YMCA branches to reach their target fundraising goals each year, reaching a collective $1.4 million dollar annual association goal- Maintains all aspects of annual Development plan, including calendar, goal setting, organizational charts, stewardship plan, volunteer recruitment, donor cultivation/awareness, and evaluating metrics and benchmarks along the way- Collaborates with individual branch leadership to implement new and creative fundraising strategies each year- Manages campaign through use of Personify software and Mobile Cause, including pledge entry, data tracking, production of essential reports, and implementation of new online platform initiatives to continually better the donor experience-Acts as Event Coordinator for association kickoff, report meetings, celebrations, and other special events
