ABOUT SARAH BENNETT
I am current student at Purdue University double majoring in Cell, Molecular, and Developmental Biology and Genetics and pursing minors in Psychology and Chemistry. I am a pre-medical student and currently working as an undergraduate research assistant in the He Lab at Purdue University. The research focuses on understanding the evolution and structuring of population diversities in space and time via testable theoretical models. Present areas of study include malaria drug-resistance, asymptomatic COVID-19, and dust mite allergens. I primarily have wet lab skills, but I am actively working on dry lab skills and data analysis. I am actively looking for shadowing experiences, internships, and volunteer experiences.
