Directly manage all operations and sales for more than 2.2K+ units as well as 50+ office and maintenance team members across 8 assets- Drive development of 8 General Managers and oversee performance plans for each site specific team- Analyze monthly and quarterly data reports to track and exceed short and long term revenue goals- Create and execute marketing strategies utilized among the Region based on competitor analysis and market trend- Hold bi-weekly meetings to secure teams’ understanding of revenue targets and implement adjustment strategies as needed- Maintain continued education of State and local regulations to ensure properties stay progressive in compliance- Work with maintenance supervisors to ensure R&M are on par with company budget standards
