As Company Secretary I\'m responsible for supporting the Board of Directors in legal compliance and risk, effective function and strategic planning. As Head of Governance, I lead a team of governance professionals in providing high quality support for governance functions in schools, academy trusts and charities.I have recently led an EdTech innovation project to introduce the safe use of Artificial Intelligence to assist in minute-taking, bringing together technical innovation, financial management, change management, safeguarding, data protection, commercial testing, training and successful delivery.
