   My work at GPE has included: • Leading GPE\'s work on climate change and education, including support for the development of a framework on Climate Smart Education Systems, design of GPE\'s technical assistance facility for climate and education and engagement of co-financing for implementation. • Designing and managing the $72 million Education Out Loud fund for civil society advocacy and accountability work in education in over 60 countries around the world• Leading the development of strategic partnerships to support national governments to address shared challenges in education • Leading the development of GPE\'s country engagement team management systems, including strategy and values, knowledge, protocols, workplanning and budgeting • Shadow writing the G7 Accountability Report under the 2017 Italian Presidency and supporting subsequent presidencies to take action on gender equality in education • Representing GPE in global education dialogue, including the SDG4 Steering Committee, and contributing to the development of UN position papers on education • Leading GPE\'s advocacy activities, with the aim of improving gender equality, early learning outcomes, the quality of teaching, education in fragile and conflict affected states and education financing in the run up to 2015 and post 2015.• Mobilizing political will and development financing from donor governments, particularly the U.S, Canada and European member states, to support the achievement of universal quality basic education around the world. • Building systems and practices to engage civil society in global and national education sector policy dialogue, including through the Civil Society Education Funds and country support mechanisms• Monitoring commitments made to the Global Partnership for Education replenishment campaign, including pledges from governments, multilateral agencies, civil society organizations and private foundations
