ABOUT SARAH BEACH
As a marketing director for LPA Design Studios, recipient of the 2025 AIA Architecture Firm Award, I work to strengthen relationships with clients and industry partners, spreading the word of our “No Excuses” design philosophy. Collaborating with leaders across our education and urban design studios, my goal is to drive growth and guide our marketing and business development teams to create a strong link between outreach efforts and the firm’s design values. LPA is a multidiscipline, integrated design team that has developed a culture of shared responsibility focused on elevating performance, wellness, community and experience on every project, regardless of scale or budget. The 2025 AIA Firm Award jury honored LPA as “a trailblazer in sustainable, high-performance architecture.” As a mentor and leader, I bring a variety of experiences to my work. I started my career in graphic design at an architecture firm and have always brought a creative lens to marketing efforts. Over more than two decades in marketing for architecture and engineering firms, I’ve led a wide range of research, communications, public relations and graphic design initiatives, working to develop new relationships and grow the firm’s connections in the community.
