I\'m Sarah Barmazel, an experienced Teacher Leader and Professional Development Lead with a passion for empowering educators and driving student success. In my current role as a 2nd Grade Teacher and Teacher Leader at Central Elementary School, I have successfully worked with learners from diverse demographics and learning levels. By implementing support plans for students who needed additional assistance, I have led 90% of learners to achieve on or above grade level. Additionally, I thrive in collaborative team environments where effective communication and project management are essential. Prior to this position, I served as an Elementary Teacher and Teacher Leader at Cupertino Union School District. I developed lessons that could be effectively delivered both in-person and remotely. As the tech lead for my school, I coached colleagues on using teaching tools for hybrid learning. My expertise in tech lead has allowed me to troubleshoot individual teacher needs efficiently. During my tenure as an EDMO Director at a multi-site STEM-based learning center, I managed a team of 10 employees across remote and in-person settings. By effectively communicating with staff and clients while creating schedules and conducting performance reviews, I ensured the smooth operations. My experience in training and leadership has equipped me with valuable skills to excel as a Professional Development Leader or Customer Success Manager.
