As the tech lead for my school, I coached colleagues on using teaching tools for hybrid learning. My expertise in tech lead has allowed me to troubleshoot individual teacher needs efficiently. During my tenure as an EDMO Director at a multi-site STEM-based learning center, I managed a team of 10 employees across remote and in-person settings.
